Matariki shining down upon.

Another beginning.

Telescope looking for the seven stars.

Around the hot hangi pot.

Raw venison cooking underground.

In the night sky the seven stars shine.

Kindling burning underground to help the hangi cook.

Three little pigs.

Pig 1:Wake up you lazy pigs it's time for breakfast.

Pig 2:Why it`s only 6:45am.

Pig 3:Yeah it's too early to get up.

Mummy pig:Do as your told or you won't get pancakes and bananas.

Pig 1 & Pig 2: Ok then we'll get up.

Mummy pig:when you`ve had your breakfast you will be leaving for life alright.

Pig 1,Pig 2 & Pig 3: but we don`t want too leave home.

Football poem

Football

In a game of football the two teams that are facing each other do coin toss or paper scissors rock.Whoever wins that they start the match once the two teams are ready the referee blows the whistle and the match begins.Once the game of football is under way the players on both sides start to yell and shout at each other to tackle the ball off the other player and sprint fast up the sideline while dribbling the ball up with them.

Once you've done that job you should pass the football up the line to another football player on the field so he can then defend the ball and carry on playing to take a shot or a penalty if you get tripped up in the goalie box.

Otherwise if the team you are playing against has the ball your team goalie should try to save the ball and if he or she does you should shout yes…. when the game is finished you need to smile and shake hands nicely.

Rabbit

Bunny Rabbit

My day as a Bunny Rabbit. First I woke up and had a drink of water, then some of my greenery/pellets to eat. After I went to the bottom of my cage to play with my sister and then went to play in the running place. Then I went to the luscious bed of hay to have a sleep. In my dream there was a black and ginger cat attack me, I got a scratch but otherwise no serious injuries. then I woke up again and had another drink and some greenery.

Electric fence

my day as an electric fence. first my owner turned me on and I thought there are kids coming I was right so I thought I `ll have some fun with them and shock the kids. The first person that I shocked was flynn in my class. He said aww you silly electric fence then nathan also in my class tried but I shocked him too. Nathan said seriously it had to happen too me but no one else grr. finally they all left but I knew there were more children coming so I had some fun with them too.

Humpty dumty

Egg had goey hit

Humpty dumpty was up on a wall

and when all the king's men on there horses came past he had a tragic fall.So all the kings men tried to put Humpty back together again but it wasn`t sucsessful.Because he was in too many pieces and also there was to much omelette mix sunk into the dirt path.So they left him there to rot and once he had they beried him next to the place he`d fell off the wall. Waikanae

 Why Waikanae

Why should you come and live in waikanae. For starters Waikanae has amazing safe parks and things like that. Now on to the hills and gardens most gardens around my block are kept tidy so people admire their house. All the neighbours are nice as well because most of them will communicate with you sometimes even come over for dinner and dessert. We are also lucky for the medical centers and grocery shops round.

Demolishing rm 10 & 11

At Waikanae school there are two classrom`s about to be demolished. I think we should demolish them because they have leaking roofs and cracks in the walls and roof. But they both have timber that can be reused as well as the rimu doors & the glass. Some people don't want it to be demolished because there are lots of precious memories in them. For example my teacher Mr corlett taught in room eleven, which of the classrooms getting demolished so he will be sad to see it go.
